The Campaign Manager runs day-to-day execution for assigned engagements, from planning the outreach calendar to reporting results to the client.
Responsibilities
- Run assigned engagements: weekly plan, task assignments, approvals, and status reporting to the client.
- Coordinate content, messaging, and data teams so that each outreach wave goes out on schedule and on approved messages.
- Prepare and maintain approved message libraries, talking points, and response guidance, with verified facts only.
- Track supporter, donor, and volunteer engagement and follow up through the right channel.
- Maintain a written record of approvals, changes, and issues for each engagement.
- Raise compliance and accuracy questions to the Director before anything is released.
- Support project-based team members, including interns, with clear tasks and written feedback.
Qualifications
- Three or more years in campaign, advocacy, nonprofit, public affairs, or political communications roles.
- Experience coordinating several workstreams under deadline.
- Strong writing and editing skills; careful about facts and claims.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
- Excellent written English.
Preferred
- Experience with conversational messaging or digital fundraising programs.
- Experience supervising volunteers or early-career staff.
- Reading or writing in more than one language.
