What we collect

Information you type into our forms: name, work email, mobile number, organization or campaign, topic, and any message or resume you send us. For job and internship applications, this also includes the application materials you choose to submit.

Basic technical information such as pages visited and device type, collected to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

To answer your request, follow up by email and, where you agreed, by SMS, to review applications, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information.

SMS messages

If you tick the SMS consent box, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Service providers that host this site, send email and text messages, and store records for us, only to operate our services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

Write to ryan@odysseycampaigns.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Applicants who withdraw may ask us to delete their application materials.
